President/Joint Owner Dale Paugh

As co-founder and joint owner of Ideal Image Inc., Dale founded the Corporation in 1993 alongside his spouse Belinda Paugh.

Following his passion for design and product innovation, Dale trained in Architectural Design whilst also working for a Design and Display manufacturing company.

Quickly progressing through the organization, and after successfully graduating  in Architectural Design Dale worked in many areas of the business including as Plant Foreman, allowing him to gain important hands on experience of manufacturing to add to his passion for design.

Seeing an opportunity to combine his talents, Dale and a fellow employee launched their own Trade Show Exhibition company in 1977 covering all facets of this quickly developing sector, “Exhibit Concepts” was born.

Enjoying a rapid and highly successful growth, the company provided professional services to many of the top Fortune 500 Companies across the US and beyond.

Following the company’s further diversification into the Museum sector and providing high end architectural mill work to a variety of facilities throughout the country, Dale took the decision to sell his shares to his partner in 1987 and struck out on his own.

Ideal Image Inc. was formed to offer a complete branding and manufacturing facility, capable of designing and producing concept custom retail fixtures to companies enjoying multiple locations with strong branding needs.

Today, Ideal Image Inc. remains true to Dales original founding principles, and is a multifaceted organization offering state of the art design, branding and manufacturing facilities, custom furniture, seating, graphics, and retail displays, all supported by specialist Project Management teams. The company now offers a full turn key Design, Branding and Manufacturing portfolio, backed up by its own warranted team of national fitters and installers.

Ideal Image, a leader in the world of retail environments, brings with it a proud heritage, a strong culture of best practice and a desire to continuously break the boundaries of design and manufacturing in the retail environment.

Dale remains as President and joint owner of the company alongside Belinda, leading his experienced Management Team from the front.

Vice President/Joint Owner Belinda Paugh

As co-founder and joint owner of Ideal Image Inc., Belinda jointly founded the Corporation in 1993 alongside her spouse Dale Paugh.

Using her extensive financial experience as an Office Manager and Bookkeeper in the recreational vehicle industry, Belinda has successfully managed all financial aspects of Ideal Image from its inception to the multi-faceted organization it is today.

After serving as Chief Financial Officer for 25 years, Belinda continues to lead Ideal Image’s financial team with her wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Corporation.

Director of Operations Aaron Paugh

Having joined Ideal Image in 1999, Aaron has over twenty years’ experience in Production and Operations.

Aaron has worked in all areas of manufacturing and production within the organization, including shipping, fabrication, finishing, engineering, installation, and warehouse management. In his position as Director of Operations, he has always found value in learning through experience.

Aaron oversees scheduling in all areas of production, including our CAD design and estimating functions. Also, being responsible for our fully warranted team of external fitters, he ensures a smooth operating process for our clients from initial enquiry and quotation request, to fully completed Turn Key project handover.

He believes communication and customer satisfaction are key elements to success.

Vice President, Sales Tom Walker

Tom joined Ideal Image in 2000, having spent the previous 21 years as a successful Automobile Retailer.

Having held a number of senior positions in the Retail Automotive field, Tom is ideally positioned to advise and support our automotive clients on all aspects of their business.

With his primary expertise being in the field of Automotive Branding, Tom’s understanding and in-depth knowledge of the entire retail branded process is unmatched by his peers in this industry.

Our automotive clients continue to appreciate and benefit from his hands-on experience as a former retailer, which allows him to fully understand the needs of our clients, and the requirements of their projects from concept to completion.
